Canton Mainnet Blockchain will perform an upgrade to v0.5.13 on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at 10:00 UTC (initially scheduled for March 22nd but was postponed). The upgrade will be completed once the network’s nodes finish upgrading. A short while before that time, Fireblocks will halt all activities on the Canton blockchain, as the network may be disrupted during the upgrade, which is expected to last 1 hour. Once the upgrade is completed, Fireblocks will re-enable the activity.
