Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing issues with finalizing transactions on Solana blockchain.

Symptoms include outgoing Solana transactions stuck on "BROADCASTING/SUBMITTED/QUEUED" status or failing with "Internal Fireblocks Error."
