Identified

Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing a delay in finalizing the transaction status.
Symptoms include outgoing transactions stuck on "QUEUED" and "PENDING_SIGNATURE" statuses.
Our login infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing login failures for Console users.
Our API infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue which is causing timeout or errors while calling the API endpoints.
We are actively investigating this issue.
