The issue has been identified and the delays are caused due to high latency in one of Azure regions.

Investigating

Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue causing a delay in finalizing the transaction status. Symptoms include transactions in MPC Signing Failed state. We are actively investigating this issue.
