Polygon Bor v3.3.0 release
Polygon mainnet will go through an upgrade process on Jan. 17, 2023, at 10:50 AM UTC. We have already completed the necessary updates and tested them. There is no expected downtime during the upgrade, however, we will be monitoring it closely.

Note from Polygon:
The Polygon team announced that the upcoming Bor v3.3.0 release includes a hard fork and all nodes need to upgrade before the activation block 38,189,056, which is expected to arrive on Jan. 17, 2023, at 06:00 PM UTC.
