Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing issues with finalizing transactions on the BTC blockchain. The symptoms include transactions being stuck in the "BROADCASTING" and "DOUBLE_SPENDING" statuses.

We are actively investigating this issue.
