Investigating

Our transaction processing infrastructure is currently experiencing an issue that is causing a delay in finalizing the transaction status. The symptoms include outgoing transactions stuck on "SUBMITTED" and "QUEUED" status, adding asset to the vault account may fail with an "unexpected error"

We are actively investigating this issue.
