Mantra blockchain is halted, you can track the foundation status page here: https://status.mantrachain.io/

Please note that the issue is related to the blockchain itself and not Fireblocks infrastructure.

Due to this, Fireblocks halted Mantra as well. It will be resumed once the network resumes activities.
